Fun Size Flip

My husband Steve and purchased this little nugget on Sybil Lake in Vergas, MN. The great thing is that is was only 500 sq. ft., so it was a very quick flip. A new floor, some fresh paint, and a bit of staging, and this gloomy, cramped space was transformed into the most adorable little gem. We loved working on this project. It was hard to give it up. This tiny piece of heaven was just feet from the water.
